ABSTRACT
The decreasing of ground water surface and ground water quality occur in many housing areas. Rapid growing population in housing areas can be one major reason of why this is happening. In some housing areas, a growing population rate accompanied by the growing of residential area, so residents who had a small house at the beginning, modify their house became larger by using an open space purposed land. This situation encourages the density of housing building raised which affects the reducing level of water infiltration into the soil. It establishes the existence of sea water intrusion. In addition, it also impacts community social life. High population density affects negatively resident privacy.
